Accessibility Statement
Solid Promo Prints is committed to making solidpromoprints.com accessible to people of all abilities. We follow industry-standard guidelines and are continuously improving the experience.
Our commitment
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading structure
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
- Skip-to-content links for screen reader and keyboard users
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and navigation regions
- Sufficient color contrast in both light and dark contexts
- Mobile tap targets sized for accessibility (44×44px minimum)
- Form fields and embedded forms with accessible names
- Regular audits using automated tools and manual testing
Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address any gaps.
Some third-party embedded content (such as our quote request form) is provided by external vendors. While we have selected vendors that prioritize accessibility, we cannot guarantee full conformance for content we do not control directly.
