Pickup vs. courier: which turnaround you actually get
Shop pickup is the fastest route - approved file and stocked blanks in by 10am means the order is bagged and waiting at our Las Vegas facility by 5pm the same day, and pickup is always free. Valley courier delivery runs on the same production clock but needs a later handoff window, so a courier run is confirmed for late afternoon or first thing the next morning depending on how far across the valley you are and how tight the show schedule is. Shipping is available and always quoted separately from the embroidery price, never folded into the stitch price without showing it to you.
Rush service and how it is priced
Rush service is available when capacity allows and carries a 50% rush surcharge on the printing total. We confirm the deadline and the surcharge in writing before production starts, so nothing is added after the fact.

Can you stitch on garments I bring in?+
Yes. Bring them by 10am. We check that the fabric and seam placement can be hooped - performance knits and lined jackets sometimes need a different backing, which we handle in-house.
Will same-day embroidery survive commercial laundry?+
Yes. We use Madeira Polyneon polyester thread with cut-away backing on knits, which is the same spec we run for resort uniform programs going through industrial wash.
Can you add individual names for a VIP list?+
Yes - personalization is our most common same-day request. Send the name list in a spreadsheet with exact spellings and we stitch each piece individually.
What's the same-day cutoff for embroidery?+
10am with approved digitized logo. If we need to digitize, 9am with logo art submitted.
Do you stock blanks for same-day embroidery?+
Yes - popular New Era, Richardson, and Yupoong caps plus Port Authority polos in core colors are always in stock.
How much is same-day embroidery rush?+
Rush service carries a 50% rush surcharge on the printing total, quoted in writing before you approve. Logo digitizing rush is billed separately as a flat fee.

Do you deliver same-day to a hotel or convention?+
Yes, Vegas valley delivery available. Discreet hotel-suite drops are common for VIP gifting.

What artwork do you need for embroidery?+
Vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF) with fonts outlined stitches best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can usually be digitized too. Our artwork guidelines page walks through file setup, and we review every file before stitching.
Can I pick up my order, or do you ship?+
Both. We are a Las Vegas-based shop, so you can pick up at our facility or use local Las Vegas delivery. Shipping is also available and is quoted separately from the embroidery price.
Should I request an embroidery quote or buy something online?+
Embroidery and apparel decoration are always quoted. If you also need signage, banners, or trade show displays, those are fixed-price and can be purchased directly in our shop.
