5–7 business days standard. 48-hour rush on runs up to 144 caps, 24-hour rush on stocked styles with an already-digitized logo, same-day on up to 24 caps with 10am art cutoff and 5pm pickup.
Do you offer NET 30 terms for verified accounts?+
Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified hospitality, agency, and Fortune 500 accounts after credit approval. New accounts run 50% deposit / 50% on completion until terms are in place.
Can we get a sewn-out sample before full production?+
Yes - physical sewn-out on the actual cap before any production run. Free on programs over 100 pieces, otherwise quoted at cost and credited back on approval. Required for 3D puff and leather-patch first runs.
Will the embroidery hold up to washing and weather?+
Yes - Madeira poly thread with commercial-grade stitch density and underlay survives commercial laundry, sweat, sun, and daily wear. Approved by Strip property uniform audits. Leather patches are sewn (not glued), so they don't peel.
What's the real timeline on a 144-cap custom embroidery run?+
Day 1–2: logo digitized (under 24 hours, yours forever after). Day 3: sample sewn-out and approved. Day 4–5: production run on multi-head machines. Day 6–7: trim, QA, pack, pickup. Rush compresses to 48 hours with stocked blanks.
What does volume pricing look like on custom hats?+
Real price breaks at 24, 48, 144, 500+ pieces. Richardson 112 with flat embroidered front runs $14 at 24, $12 at 48, $11 at 144, ~$9 at 500. New Era 9FIFTY snapback runs $19 at 24, $15 at 144. Leather patches add ~$4, 3D puff adds ~$2. One-time digitizing $50–75.
