Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified hospitality, agency, and Fortune 500 accounts after a quick credit application. New accounts run on deposit + balance until terms are approved.
Can we get a sample or physical proof before production?+
Yes — hard-copy proof on the actual stock for any Pantone-critical or specialty-finish job. Free for orders over $2,500, otherwise quoted at cost.
Offset vs digital — how do you decide?+
Under 1,000 pieces or variable data: digital. Over 1,000 with tight color tolerance, specialty stocks, or finishes: offset. We'll quote both if you're on the fence and explain the cost/quality tradeoff.
Where do you source paper from?+
Domestic mills (Mohawk, Neenah, French) for premium and specialty stocks; major distributors (Veritiv, Spicers) for production stocks. House stock list available on request.
What bindery options do you run in-house?+
Saddle stitch, perfect bound, spiral, wire-o, hardcover case binding, French fold, die-cutting, embossing, foil stamping, and edge painting — all in-house, no outsourcing delays.
How should files be prepped?+
PDF/X-1a with 0.125" bleed, all fonts outlined or embedded, CMYK + spot for Pantones. Native AI/INDD with packaged links also accepted — our pre-press team flags issues for free before production.
