Screen printing is the cheapest at quantity (best for 24+ shirts in 1–4 ink colors). DTF is photo-quality, full-color, and has no minimums - perfect for 1–50 pieces or anything detailed. Embroidery is the premium move for polos, hats, and corporate gifting.
