How long does each piece take live?+
4 minutes for a left-chest logo on a cap. We stage caps so guests don't wait.
Can you do live monogramming with attendee names?+
Yes - we add custom names, initials, or short text live during the activation. Premium personalization is the #1 conversion driver.
How many pieces can you stitch in a 6-hour activation?+
150–200 pieces with one 6-head machine. Multiple machines for higher throughput.
Do you provide the caps and apparel?+
Yes. We carry New Era, Yupoong, Richardson, and Imperial caps in popular colors. You can also supply your own.
What's the booth footprint?+
10x10 minimum with branded backdrop, 10x20 ideal with a guest staging area.
