Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified exhibitors and agencies after credit approval. First-time builds typically run 50% deposit / 50% on install completion.
Can we get a sample or physical proof before production?+
Yes — fabric swatch + 12x18 graphic proof on the actual material before any production cuts. Free on full booth builds.
Should we own a booth or rent?+
Own if you exhibit 3+ times per year at the same booth size. Rent if you're testing a market or running variable footprints. We do both — we'll show you the 3-year cost comparison.
Do you store the booth between shows?+
Yes — climate-controlled storage in our Vegas warehouse with annual storage included on full custom builds. Pull-and-prep for next show is included; just give us 14-day notice.
How does on-site install work at LVCC?+
We coordinate directly with LVCC exhibitor services, file the EAC paperwork, schedule union I&D where required, and have a project manager on the floor for setup and dismantle.
What does LVCC require from outside vendors?+
Certificate of insurance, EAC submission 30 days out, and union labor for rigging and electrical inside the hall. We handle all of it — you don't touch the paperwork.
