Banner Printing in Las Vegas
Vinyl, mesh, fabric, retractable, and pole banners — printed locally in Las Vegas with 24-hour rush available and an install crew that puts them up.

Banner printing is the highest-volume large-format category we run, and the one most exhibitors, event producers, and storefront owners get wrong by ordering the wrong material for the install. A 13oz vinyl banner pole-mounted outdoors will tear in a month. A mesh banner installed indoors costs more than it should. A retractable bought cheap online wobbles by week two. This hub covers every banner type we print, what each one is actually good for, and what they cost. Each linked page goes deeper on a single banner format with specs, sizing, and lead times for that exact product. Every banner shipped from our Vegas shop comes with the option of in-house design assist, hemmed-and-grommetted finishing, and same-week installation at any major Strip or convention venue.

Frequently asked
Questions we hear most
- How much does banner printing cost in Las Vegas?
- Vinyl banners run $4–$8 per square foot finished. Mesh runs $5–$9 per square foot. Retractables are $180–$420 per unit depending on size and stand quality. Fabric banners run $7–$12 per square foot. Pole banners run $9–$14 per square foot installed. Volume always wins — a 100 sq ft banner is cheaper per foot than ten 10 sq ft banners.
- How fast can you turn a banner?
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush is 24–48 hours on most banner formats, including grommets and hemming. Same-day pickup is possible on stock-size vinyl banners ordered before 11am — call first to confirm.
- Do you install banners on-site?
- Yes. We have an in-house install crew for pole banners on city light poles, building-mounted banners, mesh fence banners, and convention/event banner installs. Local Las Vegas install is included on jobs over $1,200; smaller jobs quoted by drive time.
- What's the difference between vinyl and fabric banners?
- Vinyl is cheaper, more durable outdoors, and the only choice for backlit signage. Fabric prints more premium, has no glare under booth lights, packs and ships smaller, and is the dominant material for indoor trade-show backdrops. For a one-time outdoor event, choose vinyl. For repeat indoor events, choose fabric.
- Can you print banners larger than 10 feet wide?
- Yes. Our roll-to-roll capacity is 120 inches (10 ft) wide with seamless continuous length. For banners wider than 10 ft we panelize and seam with a hidden weld — the seam is invisible from more than three feet away.
