How many shirts can you print per hour live?+
60–80 single-color shirts/hour with one press. We can run multiple presses for higher throughput.
Do you supply the blank shirts?+
Either way - we can source and pre-stage blanks (Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan) or print on shirts you provide.
How much space does the live setup require?+
10x10 booth minimum for the press, conveyor dryer, drying rack, and operator. 10x20 is ideal for a branded activation.
Can you print multi-color designs live?+
Yes - up to 4 colors. We recommend 1–2 colors for max throughput at high-traffic activations.
What's the lead time to book a live activation?+
2 weeks ideal, 5 days minimum. Rush bookings possible - call us.
