Box truck and trailer full wraps

DOT, USDOT, and MC number decals

    Driver hi-vis and uniform programs

Fleet wraps engineered for Vegas conditions

Premium 3M IJ180Cv3 and Avery MPI 1105 cast vinyl with matching overlaminate - rated 5–7 years vertical, 3–5 years horizontal even in direct Vegas sun. We pre-fit panels off the vehicle when possible to shave install time, and use seamless or minimal-seam layouts on box trucks and trailers so the brand reads clean from any approach angle. Removable wrap options for leased fleets that need to come back clean at end-of-term.

Rolling install scheduling - your trucks stay on the road

We schedule fleet rollouts in waves of 3–6 units per week so dispatch never loses more than a couple of trucks at once. Multi-shift install crews handle larger fleets (50–100+ units) on accelerated schedules. We also keep spec sheets and panel templates on file so a totaled truck replacement gets wrapped in 48 hours instead of being a 3-week rebrand project.

DOT compliance done right the first time

USDOT numbers, MC numbers, GVWR placards, and required identification graphics - all sized, colored, and placed to FMCSA spec. We handle the regulatory side so your safety manager doesn't get a violation at a roadside inspection because the numbers were a half-inch too small or the wrong color. Partial-wrap and door-magnet options for owner-operators and seasonal contractors.

    Driver uniforms and terminal signage

ANSI Class 2 and Class 3 hi-vis embroidered with driver names, company logo, and DOT-required identification. Driver jackets, polos, and safety footwear available through the same PO. Terminal and warehouse signage: dock numbers, safety signage, parking layout, monument signs at the gate. Multi-location logistics operators get standardized signage kits per facility.

Lettering vs. partial vs. full wrap on a working fleet+
Straight cut-vinyl lettering with your logo, phone, and USDOT numbers runs $350-$750 per vehicle and covers the legal requirement with a professional look. A partial wrap - hood-to-door graphics with a color-blocked rear - runs $1,200-$2,200 and reads as branded from a distance. A full wrap runs $2,800-$4,500 on a Sprinter and turns the vehicle into the whole campaign. Most fleets we run start lettered, then wrap the newest three vehicles and grow into it.
Keeping trucks on the road while they get wrapped+
A full wrap takes the vehicle out of service for 2-3 days, lettering for a few hours. For fleets that cannot idle, we schedule in overnight and weekend blocks, stage two vehicles at a time, and template the second unit while the first is being applied. Vehicles must arrive clean and free of wax; we do a final solvent wipe in the bay before any panel goes on.
DOT lettering rules nobody tells you until the inspection+
Interstate carriers need the legal name and USDOT number on both sides in a color that contrasts with the background, legible from 50 feet in daylight, with characters at least 2 inches tall. Intrastate Nevada operators, hazmat placards, and passenger carriers each have their own requirements. We size and place those to spec as part of the design, not as a sticker slapped on after your first inspection.

    Frequently asked

Transportation & Fleet Printing questions, answered

Don't see your question? Just ask.

Do you handle wrap removal at lease return?+

Yes. Cast vinyl removed with controlled heat comes off clean and does not damage factory paint. We document the pre-install condition on leased units so the return inspection is not an argument.

How fast can you letter a new truck we just bought?+

Same-week on lettering once your fleet artwork is on file, often next-day. Sizes and placement are stored per vehicle type, so vehicle number nine looks identical to vehicle number one.

Can you wrap an entire trucking fleet?+

Yes - single trucks to 100+ unit fleets, with rolling install schedules so units don't go offline.

Do you handle DOT and USDOT number decals?+

Yes - DOT-spec lettering, MC numbers, and required compliance decals in legal size and color.

How long does a box truck wrap last?+

Premium 3M and Avery cast vinyl with overlaminate is rated 5–7 years even in Vegas sun.

Can you do partial wraps to save budget?+

Yes - door wraps, side panel decals, and rear-door lettering at a fraction of full-wrap cost.

    Driver uniforms and hi-vis apparel?+

ANSI hi-vis embroidered with driver names, company logo, and DOT-required identification.
