Can you hold our hardware between events?+
Yes - climate-controlled warehousing in Vegas with pull-and-prep before each show. Give us 14 days notice and it ships inspected and complete.
Do you provide on-site crew for load-in and strike?+
Yes. Install, a show-day contact who stays reachable, and load-out removal, coordinated with the venue's union requirements where they apply.
Can you turn a booth graphic package overnight?+
Yes - 24-hour rush on standard fabric and hard-panel booth packages. Approved art by 5pm, on-dock at LVCC the next morning.
Do you set up live printing inside our booth?+
Yes. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and heat press all bookable as on-site activations. We handle equipment, blanks, staffing, and badging.
Do you coordinate dock and install at LVCC?+
Yes - we badge in, coordinate with show management and union floor, and handle install on the schedule the producer sets.
Can we leave backup inventory with you mid-show?+
Yes. Backup blanks, reprint files, and overflow signage all warehoused locally for instant pull during the show run.
