DTF vs. screen print on a same-day deadline+
What makes a same-day DTF order miss+
Pressed apparel vs. transfers only+
Do you sell DTF gang sheets?+
Yes. Gang sheets are nested transfers on one roll-width sheet - send multiple logos and sizes and we tile them tight to cut your cost per print. Standard sheets run 22 in wide in 24, 36, 60, and 120 in lengths, with 0.25 in spacing between designs so each one cuts clean. Gang sheets are transfers only, so they are the fastest same-day option and can be picked up at our Las Vegas shop the same afternoon.
Can I supply my own blanks for a same-day DTF job?+
Yes. Drop them by 11am counted and sorted by size. We inspect for finishes that resist adhesion - certain waterproof shells and heavily treated performance fabrics need a test press first, which we will do free before running the batch.
Will DTF crack or peel after washing?+
Not when cured properly. Our transfers are hot-melt powdered and cured to spec, then wash-tested at 50+ cycles. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the fabric softener and the print outlasts the garment.
Does same-day DTF cost more per piece than a normal order?+
Yes, +25% to +40% depending on quantity and press time. There are no setup fees or minimums on top of that, so a small same-day run is often still cheaper than any other shop's standard pricing.
What's the absolute latest I can place a same-day DTF order?+
11am for guaranteed same-day pickup. We sometimes accept later orders - call to confirm.
What's the rush charge for same-day DTF?+
Typically 25–40% over standard pricing depending on quantity and complexity. No setup fees, no minimums.
Can you deliver same-day to my hotel or convention booth?+
Yes - Vegas valley delivery available. LVCC and Mandalay Bay direct-to-booth drop is our specialty.
Do you need print-ready files or can you fix artwork?+
We accept PNG, AI, PSD, PDF. Minor cleanup is included in rush; significant design work adds time.
What's the max quantity you can do same-day?+
100 pressed shirts (single location) or 200 transfers-only. Higher volumes overnight.
