Do you charge screen setup on a same-day run?+
Yes on new art - it is real labor done under pressure. If we have run your design before, the screens and separations are on file and setup is waived, which is why repeat clients hit same-day easiest.
Can you print on hoodies and jackets same-day?+
Hoodies yes, up to about 72 pieces - they take longer to load and cure. Jackets with nylon or waterproof shells need a test panel first and typically move to 24-hour rush.
What if my art is not print-ready by 9am?+
Send whatever you have. Our pre-press separates spot colors, builds underbases, and outlines type at no charge. Full logo recreation from a photo adds an hour or two, so tell us early if that is the situation.
What's the latest you can take a same-day screen order?+
9am for guaranteed same-day. Approved art and quantity confirmed by 9, pickup at 5pm.
How many colors can you screen same-day?+
Single-color is fastest. 2-color same-day possible up to 72 pieces. 3+ colors typically overnight.
What's the rush premium on same-day screen?+
20–40% over standard depending on quantity. Screen rush is still cheaper than DTF for 50+ shirts.
Can you do same-day on shirts I bring in?+
Yes - we screen on customer-supplied apparel. Bring blanks by 9am along with approved art.
Do you deliver same-day to LVCC or hotels?+
Yes. Direct-to-booth and hotel-front-desk drop available across the valley.
