What's your turnaround on rush orders?+
5 business days for a rush single-vehicle install (25% expedite). Standard runs 7–10 business days door-to-door: design 3–5 days, print + laminate 1–2 days, install 2–4 days depending on coverage and curves.
Do you offer NET 30 terms for verified accounts?+
Yes — standard NET 30 for verified fleet, hospitality, and Fortune 500 accounts after credit approval. New fleet rollouts typically run 50% deposit on design approval, 50% on completion.
Can we get a sample or physical proof before production?+
Yes. Every job includes a full-vehicle digital mockup plus a printed swatch on the actual cast vinyl before any panels are cut. Hard-copy proofs are free on fleets of 5+ vehicles.
Will a wrap damage my paint or lease-return vehicle?+
No, when installed and removed by certified installers on factory paint in good condition. We document pre-install condition on every vehicle and use removable cast vinyl on all leased units so they come off clean at end of term.
How long does a wrap actually last in the Vegas sun?+
4–6 years for the wrap itself and 5–7 years on our material + workmanship warranty — slightly shorter than cooler markets because of UV load and summer surface temps. We exclusively spec 3M IJ180Cv3 and Avery MPI 1105 with premium overlaminate to maximize lifespan in desert conditions.
How does fleet volume pricing work?+
Pricing breaks at 3, 5, 10, and 25+ vehicles. Fleet programs include locked color and spec files, batched installs scheduled around your operating hours, and a managed reorder program so new vehicles added next quarter match the original spec.
Partial wrap vs full wrap — how do you price?+
Full wraps run $2,800–$4,500 for a cargo van or sprinter and $3,500–$6,500 for a box truck. Partials are 40–60% of full-wrap cost ($1,800–$2,800 typical) and decal-only kits are 15–25%. We'll quote both options with mockups so you can see the visual-impact tradeoff before committing.
