How long does each engraving take?+
2–4 minutes for a tumbler or leather patch, 5–7 minutes for a wood award. We queue with a QR/iPad intake so guests don't stand around - they get a text when their piece is ready.
What's the throughput per hour?+
15–25 personalized pieces per hour on one machine. Stack two machines for 30–50/hr. Most clients book a single machine because engraving is a VIP experience, not a volume play.
