What's your turnaround on rush orders?+
5–7 business days standard. 72-hour rush on runs up to 144 pieces, 48-hour on single-color jobs, same-day on qualifying single-color runs up to 144 shirts when art is approved by 9am. Confirmed in writing before you commit.
Do you offer NET 30 terms for verified accounts?+
Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified hospitality, agency, and Fortune 500 accounts after credit approval. New accounts run 50% deposit / 50% on completion until terms are in place.
Can we get a printed sample before full production?+
Yes - digital proof free on every order, physical press-check sample on the actual blank for Pantone-critical or specialty-ink jobs. Free on orders over 250 pieces, otherwise quoted at cost and credited back on approval.
Will the print hold up after washing?+
Yes - Pantone-locked plastisol and water-based inks cured at 320°F hold 50+ wash cycles minimum. We back it with a free reprint guarantee on any failure inside that window.
What's the real timeline on a 500-piece order?+
Day 1: art approved and screens burned. Day 2–3: ink mixed and Pantone-matched. Day 4–5: press run and cure. Day 6–7: fold, tag, bag, and pickup or delivery. Rush compresses to 3 days total.
What does volume pricing look like?+
Real price breaks at 48, 144, 500, 1,000, and 2,500+ pieces. A 1-color Bella+Canvas 3001 tee runs ~$8.50 at 48 pieces, ~$5.25 at 144, ~$4.10 at 500, and under $3.50 at 1,000+. Setup fees waived on ongoing programs.
Screen printing vs. DTF - which is right for our job?+
Screen printing wins above 48 pieces with 1–4 ink colors (cheaper, softer hand, better wash life). DTF wins on photo/gradient art or runs under 48 (no screen setup, full-color). We'll quote both if you're on the fence.
