Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified hospitality, casino, and Fortune 500 accounts after credit approval. New accounts run on deposit + balance until terms are approved.
Can we get a sewn-out sample before full production?+
Yes — a physical sewn-out sample on the actual blank before we run the full order. Free on programs over 100 pieces, otherwise quoted at cost (and credited back if you proceed).
Is digitizing included or is there a setup fee?+
Digitizing is included on first runs of 24+ pieces. Stored permanently — every reorder uses the same locked stitch file at no extra cost.
What's the maximum stitch count or design size?+
Up to 15,000 stitches on a standard left-chest, 50,000+ on a jacket back. Larger designs are quoted individually based on stitch count and run length.
Will the embroidery hold up to commercial laundry?+
Yes. We use Madeira poly thread and proper underlay rated for hospitality and uniform-service laundering. Approved by major Strip property uniform audits.
Can you do 3D puff embroidery on caps?+
Yes. 3D puff is a specialty — we run it constantly on snapbacks and trucker caps for sports, cannabis, and lifestyle brands.
