    Artwork guidelines

    Send files that match these specs and your job moves straight to proof. If something is off, we'll tell you exactly what to change - we never quietly print a file we're unsure about.

    Every file goes through human review. Nothing is auto-approved - we check size, resolution, color and bleed, then send a proof. The final production template may differ from what you upload; confirm the final template before production.

    Applies to every job

    • - Outline or embed all fonts.
    • - Embed linked images - do not send files with external links.
    • - Send artwork at 100% scale, or at a clean fraction (25%, 50%) and tell us the scale.
    • - Keep live text and logos clear of trim, folds, seams, hems and hardware.

    Cut line
    We nest and cut each decal; keep 0.25 in between separate elements on the sheet.
    • Send with a transparent background - white areas print as white ink.
    • Raster art should be at least 300 DPI at applied size.
    • UV DTF is for hard surfaces, not fabric; tell us the substrate so we set the right cut and gloss.
    • Very thin lines and small reversed type below 6 pt can lift during transfer.

    • Keep logos and live text at least 2 in inside the visible opening on every side.
    • Vector art strongly preferred; raster should be at least 100 DPI at full size.
    • We send the exact frame template for your size before production.
