Send print-ready files by 10am, approve the digital proof by 11am, and your order is ready for pickup by 5pm. Need delivery? We'll drop it at your hotel, office, or booth before the end of the day.

Can you do same-day direct mail?+
We can print and address same-day, but USPS drop timing depends on the postal facility schedule. Tell us the in-home date and we will work backward and tell you honestly whether it makes it.
Do you print menus on waterproof stock?+
Yes - synthetic and laminated menu stock is a standard job for us, though lamination usually pushes it to next-day. Same-day menus run on 16pt cover with a matte finish.
Is there a minimum on same-day flyers?+
No minimum. Fifty VIP handouts and five thousand grand-opening flyers get the same 10am cutoff and the same pre-flight.
What's the latest I can send files for same-day flyers?+
10am for guaranteed same-day pickup. Larger brochure or folded pieces may need files by 9am. Call us if you're close - we often make it work.
What sizes and folds can you do same-day?+
Standard flat sizes up to 13"x19". Half-fold, tri-fold, z-fold, and gate fold on qualifying stocks. Custom sizes and specialty folds typically run next-day.
Do you have minimums for same-day flyers?+
No minimums. We've run 50-piece VIP handouts and 5,000-piece grand opening mailers the same day.
Can you deliver same-day to my hotel or convention booth?+
Yes - local pickup or Vegas valley delivery. Direct-to-booth drops at LVCC and Mandalay Bay are standard for us.
What file format should I send?+
PDF with 0.125" bleed and outlined fonts is ideal. We also accept AI, INDD, and PSD. We'll pre-flight your file for free and flag any issues before we print.
