What's your turnaround on rush orders?+
3–5 business days standard. 24-hour rush on up to 100 pressed pieces or 200 transfers. Same-day available with 11am art-approval cutoff for up to 100 pieces by 5pm. DTF is one of our fastest production methods.
Do you offer NET 30 terms for verified accounts?+
Yes. Standard NET 30 for verified hospitality, agency, and corporate accounts after credit approval. New accounts run 50% deposit / 50% on completion until terms are in place.
Can we get a printed sample before full production?+
Yes — free digital proof on every order, physical pressed sample on the actual blank available for $35 (credited back on approval). Recommended for color-critical brand work.
Will it crack or peel after washing?+
No — DTF transfers from a quality shop hold 50+ wash cycles minimum. Wash inside-out on cold, tumble dry low. We back it with a free reprint guarantee on any failure inside that window.
What's the real timeline on a 200-piece DTF run?+
Day 1: art approved, transfers printed and powdered. Day 2: cure and QA. Day 3: heat-press onto your blanks (or supplied to you as transfers). Day 4: fold, bag, deliver. Rush compresses to 24 hours on most jobs.
What does DTF pricing look like at volume?+
Real price breaks at 12, 50, 144, and 500+ pieces. A full-color DTF on a Bella+Canvas 3001 runs ~$14 each at 1 piece, ~$9 at 50, ~$6.50 at 144, and ~$5 at 500+. No setup fees, no minimums.
DTF vs. screen printing — which should we use?+
DTF wins for photo/gradient art, anything under 48 pieces, or print-on-demand. Screen wins above 48 pieces with 1–4 ink colors (cheaper per piece, softer hand). We'll quote both if you're on the fence.
