Pillar 1 - Print, build and fabrication
Silicone edge graphic (SEG) tension fabric walls, step-and-repeat backdrops, hanging signs, column and wall wraps, floor decals, table throws and dimensional signage - designed, printed and frame-fit in our own Las Vegas shop. Nothing brokered out, no freight surprises, and fixes handled the same day because the press is 20 minutes from the convention floor.
Pillar 2 - Live on-site experience
Hat bars, live screen printing, computerized embroidery, DTF heat press and laser personalization run inside your footprint. Guests watch their piece get made and walk away wearing it, which is what turns a booth into a queue and pushes dwell time past six minutes.
Pillar 3 - Media capture and content
A photo and video crew shoots the build, the crowd, the guest reactions and the finished pieces. You get stills and vertical social cuts turned around fast enough to post while the show is still running, plus a longer recap edit for recaps, sponsor reporting and next year's pitch.
Venue logistics we already handle
Badged crews, certificates of insurance, dock and move-in windows, power and rigging specs, and union labor coordination through exhibitor services for anything ceiling-hung. We produce at Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum and Strip resort pool and VIP spaces.

What does a turnkey brand activation include?+
The printed and fabricated environment, the live guest-facing production stations, the crew running them, and the photo and video capture - scoped and invoiced as one project with one production manager.
Can we book only part of it?+
Yes. Plenty of clients start with the printed booth build, add a live station the next show, then add media once they see the content it generates. Each pillar stands on its own.
How far in advance should we book?+
4-6 weeks is ideal for custom builds and multi-station activations. Two weeks is the realistic minimum for a standard live station. Rush requests are reviewed case by case against the show calendar.
Do your crews have convention and resort access?+
Yes. Badged crews, certificates of insurance on file, and dock and move-in coordination at Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum and the Strip resorts. Ceiling rigging runs through exhibitor services union labor.
How fast do we get the photos and video?+
Stills and vertical social cuts are turned around fast enough to post during the event on most bookings, with the longer recap edit delivered after the show.
What does an activation cost?+
It depends on footprint, station count, days on site and whether media is included. Send the venue, dates, footprint and attendance and we return a written scope and price.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?+
Yes. Vegas is home and where our shop is, but our crews travel for national activations and multi-city tours.
