- How far in advance should I order trade show graphics?
- Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from approved artwork. Rush production at 5–7 days is available on most products. Same-week emergency printing is possible for booth panels and banners — call us. For shows requiring custom fabricated structures, allow 4–6 weeks.
- Can you install at the convention center?
- Yes. We're a credentialed install vendor at LVCC, Mandalay Bay, and Caesars Forum. We coordinate directly with show services, handle freight, and meet drayage windows so your team isn't dealing with logistics on show day.
- What's the price difference between fabric and vinyl backdrops?
- Fabric SEG (silicone edge graphics) typically run 20–35% more than equivalent vinyl banners but pack smaller, install faster, and look more premium under booth lighting. For repeat shows, fabric pays back within 2–3 uses through reduced shipping cost alone.
- Do you handle on-site changes?
- Yes. We have a same-day reprint capability for booths that arrive damaged or with last-minute artwork changes. Local pickup at our shop or rush delivery to the convention floor.
