Removable Wall Vinyl
Removable wall vinyl is a printed adhesive film engineered with a low-tack or controlled-release adhesive that allows it to be peeled off cleanly within a manufacturer-rated removability window — typically 18 months to 7 years depending on the product. Industry-standard films include 3M Controltac IJ180 and Avery MPI 1105 EZ RS.
Why it matters for your project
If you're in leased space, every wall graphic you install should be removable-rated and documented. We provide spec sheets to landlords on request. Using non-removable 'permanent' vinyl in a leased office is the most common reason deposits get withheld at move-out.
