10x10 booth packages — the workhorse footprint
The 10x10 is the most-rented booth at LVCC. Our standard 10x10 includes a fabric back-wall (8x8 SEG), branded counter or table throw, retractable banner stand, and on-site install. Starts at $4,950 turnkey. Same package documented on our Trade Show Starter package page.
10x20 and larger — modular activation builds
10x20 unlocks a real activation: fabric back-wall, accent towers, branded side panels, and room for a lead-capture kiosk or live-printing station. 10x30 and 10x40 add hanging overhead signs and breakout meeting space. Full builds from $8,500.
Pop-up tents and outdoor booth structures
10x10 and 10x20 printed pop-up tents for outdoor and pool-deck activations. Custom-printed canopy with every visible face branded, weighted bases, and side walls. Common at F1 paddock activations, EDC sponsor zones, and outdoor Vegas trade events.
Table throws and standalone signage
Sometimes you don't need a full booth — just a branded 6 ft table throw, a retractable banner, and a counter sign. We print those as standalone items for under $600 turnkey. Good for first-time exhibitors testing the show before committing to a full booth.

Both. Most clients buy the structure (frame is reusable) and store it with us between shows — no warehouse fee for 90 days. For one-off shows, true rental is available; ask us to quote both options.

Standard is 10–14 days from approved art. Rush 5–7 days available with a rush fee. Same-week emergency builds have been turned in under 5 days when a vendor falls through.
Can I store the booth between shows?+
Yes — free storage for 90 days at our Vegas shop between shows. Longer storage available for a monthly fee. We reorder fresh graphic skins for future shows at ~30% of the original print cost.
Do you handle 10x30 and 10x40 booths?+
Yes. Larger footprints get hanging overhead signs, modular wall systems, accent towers, and meeting-room sections. Quoted custom — typically $14K–$28K depending on build complexity.
