Lamination
Lamination is a clear film applied over a printed graphic to protect the ink layer from abrasion, UV fading, moisture, and chemicals. Standard on outdoor wraps, vehicle wraps, floor graphics, and high-touch prints. Available in matte, satin, and gloss finishes.
Why it matters for your project
Unlaminated prints in outdoor or high-traffic conditions fade or scratch within months. The added cost of lamination ($1–$3 per square foot) is always worth it for any print with an expected life over 6 months or any installation receiving foot traffic, washing, or sun exposure.
