What does the staff actually do?

Engage attendees, distribute swag in branded bags, capture leads via the iPad kiosk, prompt photos at the step-and-repeat, and answer basic FAQ questions. They're trained, branded, and on-time.

Can you tie the lead-capture into our CRM?

Yes. We integrate the iPad kiosk with HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or a webhook of your choice. Leads tagged with the event source automatically.

Do you only run these in Las Vegas?

No — we run these nationwide. Vegas is our production hub and the city we know best, but the full package is built to freight and deploy at any U.S. venue. We have a vetted partner network in 25+ cities for staffing and local install.

How is this different from the Trade Show Starter?

Starter is a presentable booth. Activation is a content-and-lead engine. The step-and-repeat alone generates organic UGC worth the price difference if you have an audience to capture.
