Common questions.
Do you only handle Las Vegas-area races?
No — Vegas is our home base, but we ship full race packages nationwide. We've delivered to Reno, Phoenix, San Diego, Austin, Chicago, and Boston. Out-of-area on-site crew adds travel costs.
Can you handle a race with 5,000+ runners?
Yes. The base package is sized for ~1,000. Each additional 500 runners adds roughly $1,800 in bibs + $3,200 in finisher tees, but the base infrastructure (gantry, signage, crew) stays the same.
What's the lead time for a race?
6 weeks is comfortable, 4 weeks is the floor, and we've turned a full package in 18 days for a sponsor whose vendor fell through. Charge depends on how tight the window is.
Can sponsors get their own booths added?
Yes — see upgrades. Sponsor 10×10 booths slot in as add-ons; we coordinate sponsor art directly so you don't have to chase files.
Will the finisher tees match across the run?
Yes. We're Pantone-locked on every screen-printed garment, and bibs/signage all pull from the same locked brand palette so the race looks consistent end-to-end.
