Match the graphic to the booth

Different booth structures take different graphics, and getting this wrong is expensive. Pop-up booths use stretch-fabric or printed vinyl skins. Modular hardwall booths need rigid foam-core or fabric SEG inserts. Custom-fabricated booths take printed wall panels in standard 8x10 ft sections. We survey your booth design — or your exhibit house's renderings — before quoting, so the graphic spec matches what your structure actually accepts. This eliminates the most common trade-show print failure: graphics arrive perfect, but don't fit the booth.

Why fabric is winning

Fabric SEG (silicone edge graphics) has become the dominant trade-show booth medium for good reason. The graphic is dye-sublimated onto stretch fabric with a silicone gasket sewn into the edge that snaps into a recessed channel on the booth frame. The result: no glare, no seams, no glue, and a finish that reads as printed-on-the-wall rather than applied-with-tape. Fabric also folds for shipping, eliminating crate freight on most booths. For exhibitors who do 4+ shows a year, fabric SEG cuts shipping costs by hundreds of dollars per show.

When vinyl still wins

Vinyl is still the right call when you need rigid mounting (back-walls on a hardwall booth), backlit display panels, single-show throwaway graphics, or extreme rush turnaround where dye-sub fabric production timing won't work. Vinyl is also less expensive at small scale — for sub-50 sq ft of graphic, the per-square-foot cost meaningfully favors vinyl.

Logistics: getting it on the floor

Print is the easy part. Getting the graphic to the convention floor on time is where most exhibitors get burned. Las Vegas convention venues all use union drayage, which means freight has to arrive in specific windows, be unloaded by show staff, and reach your booth space via the show's logistics chain. Miss the window and your booth is empty Monday morning. We handle the entire logistics chain on local shows: pickup from our shop, direct-to-booth delivery, install, and post-show breakdown. For out-of-town exhibitors, we ship directly to the marshaling yard with all show paperwork pre-completed.

Frequently asked

Quick answers

Can you re-skin our existing booth structure?
Yes. Send us your structure dimensions or model number; we produce replacement graphics that fit your existing frame.
What's the largest single panel you can print?
Our roll-to-roll capacity is 120 inches wide x continuous length. For booth back-walls larger than 10 ft, we panelize seamlessly.
Can you produce both the booth structure and the graphics?
