Booth wraps vs. booth graphics

We use 'booth wraps' to mean full-coverage graphics that envelope an entire booth structure — multiple back-walls, side walls, header, sometimes even floor — read as a single coordinated environment. 'Booth graphics' is the more common term for one or two panels treated as signage. Wraps are the premium tier. Wraps make the most sense for 20x20 island booths and larger, where the brand environment is part of the experience and a single panel doesn't carry the load.

Modular system compatibility

Most rented and purchased trade-show structures use one of a handful of modular systems — Octanorm, Beematic, Aluvision. Each has standard panel dimensions and connection methods. We produce print to spec for all major modular systems, including the precise tolerances on edge silicone for SEG fabric inserts. If you're not sure what system your booth uses, send us a photo of the frame extrusion and we'll identify it.

Custom-fabricated booths

For custom-built booth structures, we work directly from the exhibit-house CAD files to produce graphic panels that fit the architecture. This eliminates the cycle of 'print panel, ship, doesn't fit, reprint, miss the show'. Files are reviewed, panels are quote with bleed and trim allowances, and a printed proof is approved before full production.

Show services and union floors

All major Las Vegas convention venues are union floors. That means our install crew works alongside (and within the rules of) show services and the local installer/dismantler union. We're credentialed and bonded for install at LVCC, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, the Sands Expo, and Wynn ballrooms. For exhibitors unfamiliar with union floor logistics, we walk you through it before show week and handle the show-services paperwork.

Can we ship our booth from out of state and have you install it here?
Yes. Many of our clients are out-of-town exhibitors who use us purely for local install services. Ship to our facility, we receive, store, and deliver to your booth space on the show schedule.
Can you store our booth between shows?
Yes. We offer secure trade-show booth storage at our facility for clients who run multiple Las Vegas shows per year. Cost is meaningfully lower than shipping back to your home city.
What does install actually cost?
Booth install is quoted per square foot and per hour, depending on complexity. A typical 20x20 island booth wrap installs in 4–6 hours; figure $1,200–$2,400 for install on a standard wrap that size.
