What you get
The default mental image of an event banner is a vinyl rectangle with grommets at the corners. That's the cheapest version, and it shows. Premium event banners use heavier 13–18 oz vinyl, double-stitched hems, reinforced webbing, and custom finishing for hanging methods that don't show hardware. For indoor convention use, fabric tension banners increasingly replace vinyl — they read more premium, ship lighter, and don't curl in air conditioning.
Retractables are the single most-ordered item across trade-show clients. They cost $150–$350 each, ship in their own carrying tube, deploy in 30 seconds, and serve as wayfinding, branding, and content delivery without booth structure cost. We produce three quality tiers: economy (single show, bring-throw-away), business (premium hardware rated for 2–3 years of use), and executive (cassette-replaceable hardware where you swap just the printed graphic between shows). Most clients land on business tier.
Step-and-repeat backdrops — the logo-tiled fabric backdrop you see at red carpets and press events — are perpetually in demand for product launches, opening parties, and PR moments. Printed on tension fabric or premium vinyl, mounted on a frame, lit properly, they generate hundreds of branded photos through guests' own social media. We produce them in standard 8x8 and 8x10 ft sizes plus custom dimensions, with frame rental available so you don't have to ship hardware.
For ceiling-hung banners, building-side temporary banners, and stage backdrops larger than 30 ft wide, we move into specialty material — mesh vinyl for wind permeability outdoors, fire-rated fabric for venue compliance, and panelized fabric for transport. These projects are quoted per project; engineering and rigging are coordinated with the venue and a licensed rigger.
